Our premium satay sauce is made with roasted peanuts and cooked with spices to produce an authentic rich, sweet and fragrant peanut sauce. - Thaw chicken and sauce sachets for 24 hours or submerge in water for 10 to 15 minutes prior to cooking.
- Preheat wok or frying pan to an extremely high heat. Lightly oil the wok or frying pan when hot.
- Remove chicken from package, cook on high for approximately two minutes. Add vegetables and continue to cook until vegetables are cooked through, approximately two minutes.
- To finish, add the satay sauce and stir through. Satay sauce should only be added immediately prior to serving and cooked lightly as it may burn.
