Our authentic Fried rice has been pre-cooled and air-dried to provide an authentic texture and taste of restaurant quality fried rice. Cooked with our specially selected gluten free Australian bacon and shallots, now you can have gluten free Fried Rice.
- Preheat wok or frying pan to very high, then lightly oil frying pan/wok.
- Fry sachet of bacon approximately 30 seconds.
- Prior to adding the rice, ensure it is loose and not clumped together. This may require gently breaking up the clumps in the bag by lightly pressing on the clumps. Add rice to pan and stir fry for approximately two to three minutes until moisture has evaporated. Garnish with shallots and serve.
