Our Chilli Chicken is made with 100% Australian chicken breast which has been sliced and marinated. Our chilli sauce is made with fresh and dried chillies and cooked with specially selected spices to produce an aromatic chilli sauce. Served with fresh Australian vegetables, now you can have gluten free Chilli Chicken.
No Artificial Colours, Flavours or Preservatives
- Thaw chicken and sauce sachets for 24 hours or submerge in water for 10 to 15 minutes prior to cooking.
- Preheat wok or frying pan to an extremely high heat. Lightly oil the wok or frying pan when hot.
- Remove chicken from package, cook on high for approximately two minutes. Add vegetables and continue to cook until vegetables are cooked through, approximately two minutes.
- To finish, shake the contents of the sauce sachet to ensure the cornflour is dispersed. Empty the contents into the pan and stir well. Sauce will thicken once heated and is ready to be served.
